One default-hint rule for URL-referenced assets emitted by this parser (JS new URL(...), CSS url(...), HTML <img src> / <link href> / <script src>). test / include / exclude match against the asset's request; omit all three to apply to every asset. Matching rules set the same fields a webpackPrefetch / webpackPreload / webpackAs / webpackType / webpackMedia / webpackFetchPriority magic comment would; explicit magic comments on the same URL still win.
